What make a great pilsner? We think it’s a fifty-fifty mix of crisp and bitter along with a dry finish.
The 2HALFS PILS is straw in colour with slight cracker and spice aromas. First sensations is that the Pils is both dry and crisp, then the hop bitterness begins to dominate and should stay with you all the way through to the end. If your taste budssensed a ever so light sweetness, you are not wrong. The sweetness comes directly from the pilsner malt. Brewed with 100% German pilsner malt and hopped with Perle and Hallertau Hersbrucker gives this beer the soft pillowy mouthfeel with ending crispness which will be sure to please.

The Oldrich is our take on a Czech-style pilsner. Brewed with Bohemian malt and hopped with Czech Sazz, our pilsner is light with a long subtle bitter aftertaste and a floral aroma. Recently won a Bronze medal at the Sydney Royal 2022 Beer and Cider Show.

The word ‘dunkel’ is German for ‘dark’. 2 HALFS Dunkel has an aroma comprised of toasted biscuit and chocolate roasted malts. Mouthwatering rich and complex malt forward flavours dominate this beer without becoming overly sweet. You might also experience a tough of mild caramel, toast or nuts.

Deep mahogany in colour, dark toffee like aroma. Smooth medium-full bodied, decoction mashed to bring out the intricate maltines while maintaining low bitterness to balance this malty goodness.

Inspired by our local park, since the day we opened we have always tried to have an Eveleigh Green on tap. Our Eveleigh Green pale ale has a light gold colour and an ounce of haze. Green melon and stone fruit aromas this pale ale has an overall pleasant melon flavour with a mild hoppy bitter aftertaste.

Light gold in colour, light resinous aroma, medium-light in body with two classic C hop combo gives it dank citrusy and piney flavour. Cereal mashed with 20% rice and fermented cold to give a crushable delectable beer.

The Raspberry Baguette  Thick pink in appearance, jammy aroma and strong fresh raspberry flavour with an edgy tang aftertaste. The wheat beers knack for absorbing fruit, maintaining those beautiful fruit colours and promoting the juice.

Think and Drink Craft

The De Petite is our gateway Belgian beer for those ready to explore the region but don’t want to jump straight into the world of high ABVs. You would however be wrong to think that this little beer doesn’t punch above its weight. First impressions of this coppery goodness is the toasty aromas with touch of light caramel, honey and spicy phenols. Smoother than the Brooklyn Shuffle this Belgian pale ale has a delectable malty flavor with toasty honey notes. With a history dating back to the mid 1700s we hope that this beer becomes your new favourite Belgian session beer.

Brewed in trappist abbey style, this Belgium ale is medium bodied with a subtle malty sweetness and light phenolic aromas. Mellow notes of yeast with fruity esters shine through.

This Belgian style Dubbel has caramel and cocoa notes with subtle fruity esters. Mahogany in colour with medium malty sweetness. Perle and Mittelfruh hops give this beer a mellow but spicy aroma.

Gold in colour with a light malty sweetness. This Tripel has yeast generated spicy esters that give this beer a floral kick. The Mandarina Bavaria and Mittelfruh hops balance the complex flavour. 

New England IPA with intense juice and massive hop flavours. What hits your nose first with this shinny yellow opaque powerhouse is a mountain of hop and tropical fruit aromas. Brewed with pale malt, oats and packed to the brim with three different hops (Citra, Vista and Mandarina Bavaria) the flavour is rightly hop high with impressions of tropical fruit, stone fruit and citrus.

Our Comet is dark straw in colour with a little haze (who doesn’t love a haze?). Floral, papaya and tropical fruit aromas play games on the nose. First taste, our American IPA has luscious stone fruit flavours mixed with a combination of floral and pine, followed with medium bitterness and a lingering hop aftertaste. Brewed with pale malt, touch of Munich and hopped with Citra, Comet and Vic Secret.

This medium bodied hazy really packs a punch with bright tangerine and stone fruit aroma and flavour from a selected combination of NZ and US Northwestern hops. With a juicy slightly bitter backbone that leaves you craving more.
