This small-batch Slivovica-an eau-de-vie distilled from plums has been crafter using cool-climate fruit of the Yarrawa farm in Young NSW.
Double distilled and crystal clear, bottled after resting in stainless stell for 12 months. This spirit is aromatic and sharp. Has robust and intense fruity flavour and aroma that is best enjoyed on its own… along with some good company.
