This small batch limoncello is a hand-crafted single batch liqueur created from both lime peel and juice.
The fruit has been home-grown at the foot of the Blue Mountains and are a combination of two varieties: Citrus Limettioides (Sweet Lime) and Citrus Latifolia (Tahitian).
Fresh and vibrant ripe lime oil aromas with a delicate soft yellow colour, this bright citrusy celebration liqueur that can be enjoyed on its own or mixed to make a zingy limoncello margarita, a sparkling spritz or any cocktail wanting a citrus twist.
