PILS
What makes a great pilsner? We think it’s a fifty-fifty mix of crisp and bitter, along with a dry finish. The 2 Halfs pilsner (Pils) is straw in colour with slight cracker and spice aromas. The Pils is both dry and crisp, then the hop bitterness begins to dominate staying with you all the way through to the end. All in all, we think this is our best lager yet.
