This gin is not for the light-hearted. It’s mature, punchy, and attentive. We added Chinook and Columbus hops so expect spicey, piney and bright grapefruit notes that accentuate the juniper flavour.
When drinking it neat, you get a sweet perception but add Indian tonic water and you get the danky pine and bitter grapefruit aromas.
