This mixed culture fermentation sour ale has been packed to the very brim with sweet fleshy mango, banana and passionfruit purée. Honestly, we couldn’t possibly squeeze more fruit in if we tried! A thick, off-white head and purée-enhanced full body gives this beer a larger presence than the ABV suggests.
