Hefeweizen
We brewed this hefeweizen to be balanced with clove – banana and light bubble-gum esters on the nose and flavour. Traditionally made to be drunk by the litre, this ‘Heff’ has been carefully brewed with Perle and Hersbrucker hops and a heavy hand with wheat malt creating a weissbier wonderland. Serve in a hefeweizen glass and enjoy!
