2 Halfs yearly fresh(wet) hop release ‘Fields of Dream’ IPA. Why ‘fresh hop’? Besides that we can only get our hands on fresh (wet) hops for a limited window of the hop harvest, the idea is to overwhelm the beer with intense (delicious) favours, for us the IPA is an ideal candidate. The Field of Dreams has a bright golden appearance with botanical, intense essential oils and fresh fruit aromas. This IPA is packed full of floral and juicy grapefruit flavours with a moderate amount of bitterness. Fresh is best? We’ll let you be the judge.
