This small batch gin is named after a small lane in Alexandria, NSW, and it has been our window to the world evolving around us over the last year.
Hail, rain or shine, people passing by or stopping for a drink and a chat – the 2halfs and our small copper still are facing the ever changing face of Balaclava Lane.
The gin is juniper and citrus forward with a bright top note. To the botanical list we added some of our favourite hops we use in brewing to accentuate the citrus flavours.
It takes you straight from suburbia to your favourite summer holiday destination, just close your eyes and take a sip! Enjoy.
