AKIRA DRY (Qty 3)
We welcome the return of our Japanese style lager – Akira Dry. Akira, meaning bright and clear, has been brewed with Australian long grain rice. Subtle bites from Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria hops have been paired with delicate malts to create this refreshing light crisp lager. What we really love about Akora (besides the no carbs) is its ability to produce a long dry finish. Amazing by itself and sensational with a spicy snack.

CZECH THIS (Qty 3)
Czech This is a Czech-style pilsner that’s as faithful to the original old world pilsners as you could hope to get. Czech Saaz hops lend plenty of spicy, floral and herbaceous aromas to accompany the bready Bohemian malt. Like a delicious loaf of bread with the thinnest dash of honey this pilsner has a crisp clean finish and is extremely quaffable.

FESTBIER (Qty 3)
This Oktoberfest lager is brewed as a traditional Munich modern style Festbier with German malt and hopped with Perle, Mittelfruh and Hersbrucker. The 2 Halfs Festbier has a smooth creamy texture, moderate bitterness with just a hint of toast on the palate.

SIENNA (Qty 3)
Sienna has been brewed as a Vienna-style lager. We have used 100% Vienna malt and hopped with Perle and German Tradition. Our lager has deep, toasty characters. It is smooth and creamy with a dry, crisp finish.

CLOUDS OF DREAMS (Qty 2)
The goal was to create a beer well suited for kicking back and watching the clouds roll by. With that in mind, we thought ‘Hazy IPA’ with Nelson Sauvin hops. Paired with Citra, this hazy is popping with ripe passionfruit, citrus and gooseberries. Clouds of Dreams is packed full of tropical flavours and is a pillowy delight.

STRATA (Qty 2)
This Hazy IPA features one of our favourite hop varieties: Strata. We liked the brew so much we’ve borrowed the name. Supported with Citra this Hazy IPA is clean, soft and fruity with notes of orange, passionfruit and grapefruit.
