LUSH

First words from the testing table Ooh that’s a luscious pale ale, but what do we call it? Light straw gold in complexion with a dash of haze to it. We taste green melon and stone fruits followed by a mild hoppy bitter aftertaste.

DE DUBBEL

De Dubbel is a classic Belgian-style abbey ale flowing with sweet malty complexity. Our dubbel is perfect for beer lovers who enjoy a sweeter more aromatic beer. Mahogany in appearance and hopped with Perle and Mittelfruh, this ale has caramel and coco notes with subtle yeast generated fruity esters, a dash of spice and a drop of vanilla.

GOOD BOY

This Porter has been brewed to an American style Porter but lighter in ABV. This is a cold or warm weather comfort beer, meant to be drunk by the pint, not as a sipper. Brewed with a heavy hand with specialty malts and hopped with Chinook and Ryefield Cascade, this dark ale is here to please.

ZOIGL

A Zoiglbier, similar to a Kellerbier is a traditional southern Gemern lager. Our Zoiglbier has been brewed with old fashioned barley grain ‘Isaria’ (last used in Germany in the 1920’s) to create a rich, malty biscuity, amber, and medium-bodied profile. This interpretation is of the old school style Kellerbier brewed in the communal town breweries of Oberpfalzer forest region of Bavaria.

RHINO KRUSH

First time experimenting with the highly versatile Krush hops and it truly is a fruit cocktail in a can. With bursts of orange citrus, tropical mango, guava and peach this Misty Pale Ale is full of complex characters that delivers deliciously ripe flavours and fruit forward aromas.

HEFF

We brewed this hefeweizen to be balanced with clove – banana and light bubblegum esters on the nose and flavour. Traditionally made to be drunk by the litre, this ‘Heff’ has been carefully brewed with Perle and Hersbrucker hops and a heavy hand with wheat malt creating a weissbier wonderland. Serve in a hefeweizen glass and enjoy!

KELLER

The Keller is a traditional German style pale lager, known as the Helles or just Hell. Brewed with German favourite hop Mittelfruh. Our lager is medium-bodied, light golden in colour with a perception of sweetness. The Keller has a grainy-sweet malt profile with low spicy floral aromas. The bready malt body is extremely well rounded, with low hop bitterness and a delicious malty aftertaste.

DOUBLE DREAM

Showcasing not one, not two but three hop varieties – this Double Dry Hop Hazy DIPA is one of our hoppiest beers yet. Skilfully supported by Motueka, Double Dream has intense hoppiness while still maintaining its fruity tropical flavoured roots. Absolutely no oats were harmed in the making of this beer
