LA FORT

We love to saison and they’re frequently on our brew list. This version is not your regular farmhouse ale; we’ve aimed higher. Brewed with premium ingredients, this high-alcohol variant of the traditional Belgian ale is a fortress. Featuring a complex mix of fruity, spicy, and peppery yeast-driven flavours, this ale is bound to please

RED CANOE

Our red IPA is a hoppy, bitter beer with a reddish-amber colour that combines the citrusy, piney character of an American IPA with a noticeable caramel malt backbone. Utilising New Zealand hop Riwaka, we believe our IPA has the perfect balance of bitter sweetness.

BAI HOI

Our first Vietnamese style lager is light, crisp and has a delayed dry finish. With jasmine rice and a touch of lemongrass, this lager has low aromas, delicate malt flavours and subtle hop notes throughout.

CRUSH

Our second journey with the Krush hops and first with Dolcita, sees us in tropical pale ale territory. This crushable ale is a fruit-forward beer with intense and complex flavours of tropical mango and guava, along with orange, stone fruit (peach), and a hint of resinous characters.

DE NOEL

After four and a half years it was interesting to reflect ‘have we released a holiday beer?’… Worry no more! Our Belgian beer recipe has received a spice injection of cinnamon, vanilla beans and orange zest. We think this beer incorporates the happiness and joyful spirit of those holiday feelings – where time slows down and everything tastes better.

SECRET SPECTURM

With a heavy-handed dry hop addition of two Australian great hops: Vic Secret and Ella, this is 2HALFS DDH Hazy IPA for the summertime. This brew has a delicious clean vibrant aroma of citrus, pine and herbs. Along with a full spectrum of rich pineapple and passionfruit flavours we know this hazy will hit the right wavelengths.

RASPBERRY BLISS

Our hard seltzer has been on rotation in the taproom for a number of years. In a year of firsts, and listening to our customers, we have finally made it available for takeaway. With around 50grams of fresh raspberries inside every can, we think this hard seltzer is going to be a real summer crowd pleaser

MOZAIK

Classic hops for an easy drinking summer hazy. Highlighting Mosaic and complementing with Citra this hazy pale ale is a fruit salad of flavours. With a combination of citrus, blueberry, tangerine, mango, pineapple, floral, herbal and pine characters this hazy might have you scratching your head while delighting your taste buds.
