Our take on a Cologne-style speciality ale, best described as “the lager of the ale world”. On the nose, it has a light Pilsner malt aroma with slight estery notes coming through. Delicate fruity flavours from the Huell Melon hops shine in each mouthful. This Kolsch deviates from the traditional style by using a New World German hop and being an unfiltered craft ale.
